I hereby agree to hold Crowned Stars of New England, directors Melissa Chagnon & Melinda Bousquet, staff and facility where pageant is held, completely harmless for any unfortunate events which occur before, during or after the pageant. I understand that decisions of the judges are final and any unsportsmanlike conduct may be grounds for disqualification without refund. I understand that no refunds will be given unless the event is canceled by the pageant directors.
I have read, printed, and fully understand the rules and guidelines of CSoNE pageants.
Entrant gives CSoNE the rights to use her name and photo for publicity purposes, along with the permission to videotape. By signing the application you are agreeing that you have read and understand all the rules/guidelines and all information is true and correct on the application.

There are three easy, convenient ways to register for our Open State Pageant in August. DEADLINE TO SEND IN REGISTRATION, DEPOSIT, AND AD PAGES IS FRIDAY, JULY 25, 2008!
