(The Essay optional is FREE and open to Contestants ages 6 & up. We ask that you allow your contestant to write their own essay with minimal adult assistance. We want this to be fair to all contestants entering this optional.)

(We will be having a Massage Therapist set up for your relaxation.
We encourage you to make your appointment in advance, for space will be limited. If you wish to make an appointment please email us for Monica Larson of Affordable Therapeutic Massage's phone number.
Parents, family members and contestants ages 18 & up are able to participate for a nominal fee. Individuals under the age of 18 can participate with parent supervision. A parent MUST be present during the massage.

If you need a formal letter to take with you to businesses to acquire ad page sales, please email us, and we will email you a customized letter as a .PDF file. In addition we have a letter to help answer any questions you may have to help guide you in acquiring your add page sales.
Here is our TENTATIVE schedule for the pageant:

3:00 p.m. ~ Hotel Room Check-In
3:30 - 7:00 p.m. ~ Pageant Registration
(Each contestant will be given a registration packet that will include: 1 contestant number, 1 parent pass- for contestants aged 4 and under, schedule of events, 1 custom embroidered tshirt, 2 luncheon tickets, 1 program book and 1 pass to the Noah's Ark Fluff & Stuff workshop to be held during the pajama party.)
6:00 p.m. ~ Interviews for Contestants aged 5 and up
7:00 ~ Orientation
(Ad page sales awards to be given. Hospitality King or Queen will be crowned)

8:30 - 9:15 a.m. ~ Pajama Wear
9:20 - 10:00 a.m. ~ Idol Wear
10:05 - 10:50 a.m. ~ Patriotic Wear

(Luncheon tickets are for the contestants and their family members. Two tickets are included with registration. If you wish to purchase additional meal tickets you may do so at $5.00 per ticket at pageant registration)
12:15 - 2:00 p.m. ~ Opening Number Rehearsal
(The Baby and Tiny contestants will only have to stay for instructions lasting 15-20 minutes or so, and then will be dismissed for the afternoon)

(You will be required to wear your T-Shirt provided at registration, and a jean skort or shorts)
